ABSTRACT

Long-term care insurance law for senior people who have seriousproblems in carrying out daily activities has become effective fromJuly 1, 2008 in Korea. To become a service recipient, the seniorpeople should be selected from the grade decision committee.However, a number of complaints have already been raised on thegrade decision system or the committee's decision results. Thisstudy was to delineate what factors would affect selecting systemor procedure of the committee.
