ABSTRACT
The shoulder joint has a multi-joint structure that provides thelargest range of motion of any joint in the human body. However,the shoulder complex has very unstable and relatively littlesupport. Therefore, shoulder is likely to be injured in muscles,ligaments, nerves and joint capsules. The shoulder pain of theolder people tends to be caused by sacopenia, which makesshoulder muscle to be on the strain. The shoulder muscle straininduces pressure on nerve that modulates shoulder muscles. Thispaper provides tips and exercises such as Dive Bomber, HinduPushup, Doorframe Bar Exercise and Bentover Lateral Raise. Thesetips and exercises can help to prevent sacopenia, and to developerotator cuff muscles, and to cut vicious cycle between shouldermuscles and nerves, and to have effect on shoulder pain relief forthe older people.
